The goal of CANNADOLTM is to ensure our customers can shop from our online store with complete confidence. If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, you may exercise your right of withdrawal or initiate a return subject to the terms below.
1. Right of Withdrawal
If you qualify as a consumer, you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract concluded in our online store within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period starts the day after you receive the product.

3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days from the notification of withdrawal.
By law, we are entitled to withhold the refund until:
we have received the product back, or
you have provided credible proof that you returned it,
whichever happens first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase unless you explicitly request otherwise.
4. Cost of Return Shipping
If the withdrawal is made not due to faulty performance, the direct cost of returning the product will be borne by the purchaser.
5. Faulty or Damaged Products
If the product you received is damaged, faulty, incomplete, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at cannadol@cannadolcbd.eu.
Our staff will always promptly investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution (exchange, replacement, or refund).
6. When the Consumer Does Not Have the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in cases excluded by the applicable laws.
This especially applies to sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened by the consumer.
